A survey carried out by leading IT and Telecoms Sales Recruiter, Robson Taylor, reveals that you can earn over 20% more if you sell IT products or services in Germany, compared with countries in Europe.
Robson Taylor’s European division specialises in finding high-level sales people for Technology companies on the continent. The company has carried out an extensive salary survey for sales executives and key account managers in Europe which showed that:
• German Sales Executives generally earn around 20% more than other Sales Executives in Europe for both basic and OTE salary.
• The average salary for Sales Executives placed by Robson Taylor in Germany is €75K Basic and €150K OTE.
• Key Account Managers in Germany generally command 16% more than other Key Account Managers in Europe.
• The average salary for European Key Account Managers placed by Robson Taylor in Germany is €80K Basic and €160K OTE.
• IT Sales Executives and Key Account Managers based in the Netherlands and Scandinavia also earn considerably more than IT Sales Executives and Managers in other European countries.
