ALMOST 90 % VERY SATISFIED WITH ROBSON TAYLOR’S SERVICE

Consultants at Robson Taylor, the UK’s leading IT Sales and Pre Sales Recruiter, have received an overwhelmingly positive response from candidates who have registered with their company in the last 2 years. Almost 90% of candidates who responded to a recent survey said that the Robson Taylor consultant provided a good service overall, that they were responsive, good at returning calls and that their knowledge of the market was better than other recruiters’.

Robson Taylor carried out a detailed survey to get feedback on its service from candidates. The company has a rigorous training programme and prides itself on its high standards which it is constantly looking to improve. Robson Taylor asked candidates how they found their consultant in terms of their dealings with the candidate, how responsive they were and their knowledge of the market.

Candidates were also asked to provide feedback on the quality and quantity of vacancies that Robson Taylor offered them. Again, an overwhelming majority of candidates surveyed said they were happy with both the quality and quantity of vacancies that Robson Taylor offered them.

Kevin Buller, Robson Taylor’s CEO, said; “We have a very high success rate and most candidates that register with us find a new role within 5 weeks so we expected to get positive feedback but were nevertheless delighted with the overwhelmingly positive results. Robson Taylor provides a very professional recruitment service to candidates. We offer all candidates a free and confidential consultation with an experienced consultant at one of our conveniently located branch offices. We then work hard to ensure that these candidates find a new position that is right for them as quickly as possible.”

Mr Buller added: “We have over 60 PSL agreements with top corporates which ensures that our candidates get access to the best jobs.”
